We want you to feel confident buying estate and vintage jewelry from House of Waller — here's exactly how returns work.

Return window

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Contact us to start the process before sending anything back.

Condition on return

Items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped: unworn (beyond a reasonable try-on), with all original tags, boxes, and documentation included. Every piece is weighed and photographed before it ships; returned items are weighed and inspected against that record before a refund is issued. Items that come back altered, damaged, or with parts missing (for example, a chain returned shorter than it was sent) won't be eligible for a refund, and we'll reach out to you directly if that happens.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and we don't charge a restocking fee.

Final sale

Pierced earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned.

Authentication

Every piece is hand-inspected and documented by us, including acid testing for precious metal content. We're not a certified gemological lab and don't use XRF or other lab-grade equipment — if you'd like formal third-party certification on a specific piece before or after purchase, you're welcome to arrange it (some buyers do this at their own cost via a local appraiser).

For orders of $200 or more, you can select free signature-required, insured shipping at checkout — we recommend it for higher-value pieces.
